Client Service & Reporting
We consider our client-focused service can make a difference. By establishing and maintaining close relationships with our clients we are able to build-up an understanding of their business. This enables us to deliver the investment management service which they require, in both its narrower (the right returns) and wider (added-value areas) forms. This focus on client service by suitably qualified professionals is vital if your assets are to be managed effectively.
EPIC is able to design and employ a variety of reports to tailor to each client's investment and operational requirements.
Full PDF style reports are issued by the 6th working day after month-end, and un-audited valuations are available 2 working days after month-end.

At EPIC, we believe that communication with our clients is a key element of our working relationship. Normally, we would organise formal meetings, usually twice yearly, with the portfolio manager of your account, but are happy to meet quarterly if that is required, especially during the early months of a new mandate. Typically, the Portfolio Administrator responsible for the account will also attend these meetings as well as your Account Director.
We offer a full service to all our clients and, as such, all portfolio managers, portfolio administrators and account directors are available to discuss any aspects of the portfolio with yourselves either in informal meetings, over the phone or by format that you require, in order to meet your expectations.
