We have an extensive track record of utilising the deep liquidity and extended investment horizons of the public markets to create value in private companies.

Since 2001, EPIC has established and managed six public companies, including EPE Special Opportunities (2003) and Luceco (2016).

EPIC Brand Investments (2002) was our first SPAC and was established to acquire orphan home and personal care brands from large, multinational FMCG companies.

Our latest SPAC, EPIC Acquisition Corp, was admitted to listing and trading on Euronext Amsterdam in December 2021, raising €150m. EPIC Acquisition Corp is seeking to identify, acquire and develop an innovative company operating in the consumer sector in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom which has the potential for significant growth in Asian markets.
