NVIDIA Profits by Shaping the Future of AI
NVIDIA, core holding in the EPIC Global Equity Fund, announced record-breaking financial results for Q4 and fiscal year 2025. The company reported Q4 revenue of $39.3 billion, surpassing its forecast of $37.5 billion, reflecting a 12% sequential increase and a 78% year-on-year rise. For the full fiscal year 2025, NVIDIA's total revenue reached $130.5 billion, more than doubling from the previous year with a 114% increase.
The company’s Data Centre segment saw significant growth, with fiscal 2025 revenue of $115.2 billion, more than doubling from the previous year. In Q4, Data Centre revenue reached a record $35.6 billion, representing a 16% sequential increase and a 93% year-on-year growth. This performance was driven by the widespread adoption of NVIDIA’s advanced AI technologies, particularly the Blackwell platform.
The Blackwell platform, designed for large-scale AI infrastructure, has exceeded expectations by generating $11 billion in revenue. Its rapid ramp-up is the fastest in NVIDIA’s history. "Blackwell is empowering customers to upgrade their systems, creating clusters with 100,000 GPUs or more to meet the growing demand for AI," said Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA. "With Blackwell, AI model reasoning and inference are up to 25 times faster and 20 times more cost-efficient."
Large cloud service providers accounted for nearly half of the Data Centre revenue in Q4, with sales nearly doubling compared to last year. Major cloud providers, including Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, and Oracle, were among the first to adopt Blackwell in response to the surge in AI demand.
NVIDIA’s AI solutions continue to have a profound impact across various industries. In healthcare, leading organisations such as IQVIA, Illumina, Mayo Clinic, and Arc Institute are leveraging NVIDIA AI to accelerate drug discovery, enhance genomic research, and pioneer new healthcare services. In the automotive sector, companies like Hyundai, Toyota, and Uber are integrating NVIDIA AI to enhance autonomous vehicle technologies and set new safety standards with the NVIDIA Drive Hyperion platform.
NVIDIA continues to lead in gaming and professional visualisation with the launch of the GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs, which deliver groundbreaking AI-powered rendering capabilities for gaming, content creation, and professional applications.
Overall, we view these figures as a strong set of results and remain optimistic about the growth drivers continuing to unfold.
