DELPHINE BRAND is a Partner of EPIC. She was previously Global Head of Investor Relations at Rhône Capital, a trans-Atlantic private equity firm with US$5bn under management, and a Partner at BC Partners, with US$10bn under management for private equity investment. Prior to this, Delphine worked in Mergers and Acquisitions at Baring Brothers. Delphine is currently the Chair of the Hackney Empire Theatre. Delphine holds a masters degree in Finance and Business Administration from the HEC School of Management in Paris and a law degree from Université de Paris-Sceaux.

STEPHEN GEORGIADIS is Chairman of EPIC’s Advisory & Placement business. He was a founder of Altium Capital, the advisory arm of Apax Partners, which merged with GCA Savvian to form GCA Altium, the mid-market investment banking advisory group. Before this, he was at Hill Samuel & Co. Limited. Stephen read Jurisprudence at Brasenose College, Oxford.

TIM HALL is a Director and part of the leadership team of EPIC’s Markets division. Tim joined the group in 2013 from Oriel Asset Management LLP, having chaired their business since 2010. Prior to this, he spent his career at Martin Currie, from 1984 to 2010, where his roles included managing UK pension funds and charities, managing a global client service offering and overseeing teams dedicated to institutional sales. Tim ran the investment floor with its associated risk and trading teams from 2003 to 2010 and was a member of the main board. His investment career has spanned nearly four decades.
GRAINNE DOOLEY chairs EPIC Investment Partners (Ireland) Limited and is a Dublin based Independent Non-Executive Director. She has over 25 years' experience in banking and investment management in London and Dublin. She has a BA from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc (Economics) from the LSE. She is a CFA charter holder (2006) and became a Certified Investment Fund Director in 2021. Prior to her NED career, Grainne spent 2 years as the COO of a London based start-up Clearmacro, helping it secure a strategic funding to build out it’s platform for institutional investors. Before that she spent 11 years at Pioneer Investments in global fixed income investment with a focus on Asia and 6 years at UBS in London.
ALEX LESLIE is a Managing Director of EPIC. He previously worked in Healthcare Investment Banking at Piper Jaffray before joining EPIC. Whilst at Piper Jaffray he worked on a number of M&A transactions and equity fundraisings within the Biotechnology, Specialty Pharmaceutical and Medical Technology sectors. At EPIC, Alex manages the investments in Luceco plc, Rayware, Prelude, Atlantic Credit Opportunities Fund and European Capital Private Debt Fund. He previously managed the Company’s investments in Process Components, BigHead Industries, David Phillips and Driver Require. Alex read Human Biological and Social Sciences at the University of Oxford and obtained an MPhil in Management from the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge.

ANTOINE DEL SERRA is a Managing Director of EPIC’s Advisory division. Antoine has over 20 years Mergers & Acquisitions experience advising both corporates and private equity houses on acquisitions, disposals and capital raisings. During a career at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Global Leisure Partners, Antoine built up extensive sector expertise of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector including Food & Beverages, Household, Personal Care & Consumer Health and Retail in both Western and Emerging markets. Antoine graduated from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Science Po Paris) and holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (USA).

CONOR KEALY is Managing Director, EPIC Ireland. Conor began his career with KPMG, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Conor subsequently joined ARYZTA, where he worked as Internal Audit Manager. Conor then joined Anath Capital Group, where he was initially responsible for the reporting of a £330m AIM listed renewable energy fund, subsequently becoming CFO for the group. Conor was then Financial Controller for a privately held Caribbean-based luxury hotel and real estate investment held within the ION Investment Group. Conor has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Master of Accounting, both from University College Dublin.
DAN MURRAY is a Managing Director, Capital & Advisory at EPIC. Prior to joining EPIC, Dan worked in the Corporate Finance department of Peel Hunt. Dan currently works on EPIC’s investment in David Phillips and has previously worked on the acquisitions of Rayware, David Phillips and European Capital, and the initial public offering of Luceco plc. He is a member of EPIC’s consumer and retail, special situations and debt coverage teams. Dan has a Masters in Mathematics from Cambridge University.

DARRAN GOODWIN manages EPIC Financial Trends, a systematic trend following managed futures fund trading global financial markets. Darran launched his first successful systematic trend following strategy in 2008 with a UCITS version following in 2012. Darran was Managing Director at Bear Stearns International and Vice President at investment bank Fox-Pitt Kelton. He started his career in investment banking in 1997 as a Sales Trader at Butterfield Securities.
FREDERICK COLDHAM, a Fellow of the Chartered Securities Institute, Fred started his career at County Bank within the fixed income area before joining Natwest Investment Management as an Associate Director. He subsequently joined The Industrial Bank of Japan Investment Management division to become the Head of Fixed Income responsible for over $6bn in bond and currency portfolios. He started his career in 1990’s managing fixed income and currency portfolios. Fred joined the group in 2011.
IAN WILLIAMS is a Managing Director of EPIC. He was previously a Partner at Lyceum Capital Partners LLP, responsible for deal origination and engagement, with a primary focus on the business services and software sectors, as well as financial services, education and health sectors. Prior to Lyceum, Ian was a Director at Arbuthnot Securities, involved in IPOs, secondary fund raisings and M&A, focused on the support services, healthcare, transport & IT sectors. Ian started his career at Hambros Bank in the M&A team. Ian read Politics and Economics at the University of Bristol.

JAMES HENDERSON is a Managing Director of EPIC. He previously worked in the Investment Banking division of Deutsche Bank before joining EPIC. Whilst at Deutsche Bank he worked on a number of M&A transactions and IPOs in the energy, property, retail and gaming sectors, as well as providing corporate broking advice to mandated clients. At EPIC, James manages the investment in Pharmacy2U. James read Modern History at Oxford University and Medicine at Nottingham University.

PHILIP VAN OVERBERGHE is a Managing Director of EPIC's Advisory division. Before joining EPIC, Philip spent 6 years in capital raising and advisory roles, covering pan-European institutional investors and consultants at Credit Suisse and as partner at an emerging hedge fund manager. Prior to this, Philip gained over 10 years’ experience managing alternative and multi-asset portfolios at Cambridge Associates and Merrill Lynch. Philip began his career in Mergers & Acquisitions at Merrill Lynch, and also worked as a management consultant at Bain & Co. Philip holds a MBA from the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T., and a MSc. in Finance from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management.

PETER ROBSON is a Director of EPIC’s Administration division. Prior to joining EPIC in 2012, Peter worked as a General Manager at Brad Europe, Europe's leading suppliers of services to camping tour operator. Peter received an LLB from Durham University.
PETER NORRIS is the Chairman of the EPIC Advisory Board. Peter is currently the Chairman of Virgin Group. In 2007, Peter became the CEO of Quayle Munro plc on its acquisition of New Boathouse Capital, an advisory firm which he founded in 2000. Peter has over 30 years’ corporate finance and international capital markets experience, having begun his career at Barings in 1976, where his roles included head of corporate finance in South East Asia. In 1994 he became CEO of Barings Investment Banking Group. Peter read Modern History and Modern Languages at Oxford University.
HEDLEY GOLDBERG is a member of the EPIC Advisory Board. Hedley is a Managing Director at Rothschild. He led the Rothschild team advising on the £925m sale of the Priory Group to Advent, advised Bridgepoint Capital on its £424m bid for Care UK, and advised Envoy Services on its sale to WorldPay. Hedley joined Rothschild in 2001 from Baring Brothers where he worked for three years in their M&A team. Hedley read Classics at Bristol University.
DAVID HERBERT is a member of the EPIC Advisory Board. David is a former Chairman of Advisory at EPIC, former Chairman of Exillon Energy plc and non-executive director of GNG Retail Public Limited and MT Petrol Group. Prior to this, David spent 20 years as Managing Director and Head of Emerging Europe Corporate Finance at Baring Brothers/ING Barings. Before Barings, David was a senior executive at BP for 11 years. David read Economics at the University of Dublin and holds a doctorate from Brunel University, where he taught for eight years.
SIMON NEWELL has been analysing and investing in funds for over 25 years. He joined in 2007 and has been Master Capital’s fund manager since 2012. He previously worked at Fox-Pitt, Kelton, from 2004 to 2007, as an analyst covering the European Financials sector; for Flemings / JPMorgan from 1997 to 2003 as a funds analyst; and for a commercial property company, Insignia/ESG, in New York from 1996 to 1997 on research systems design and development. He is a Mathematical Engineering graduate from Loughborough University.
HELEN JONES is a member of the EPIC Advisory Board. Helen Jones is a Non-Executive Director of Premier Foods plc, Halfords Group plc, Fuller Smith & Turner plc and EPIC portfolio company, Whittard of Chelsea. Helen is also Vice-chairman of Ben & Jerry’s Supervisory Board and a Non-Executive Director of Toast Ale Ltd. Helen has previously been a Non-Executive Director of Vapiano SE and has held senior roles at a number of consumer and hospitality groups, including Group Executive Director at Caffé Nero and Managing Director of Zizzi, the Italian casual dining chain.
MALCOLM SCHEMBRI is the lead Fund Manager of EPIC Global Equity Fund and AIM Portfolio. With an investment career spanning over 10 years, he is an accomplished equity fund manager with a strong track record in both Global and UK fund mandates. Prior to joining the group, Malcolm was the lead fund manager of TM Global Equity Fund, a UK-focussed global equity mandate, and of TM Innovation Fund, a mid-to-small cap UK equity fund. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management and Banking & Finance and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Malta in 2005. He is a CFA Charterholder.
HENRY THORNTON is the lead manager of the EPIC Oriental Focus Fund. Henry joined the group in July 2019 from Blackfriars Asset Management. He began his career at Thornton Management (Asia) in 1985. In 1989 he was appointed investment director of Royal Trust Asset Management (Asia), a position he retained during subsequent acquisitions by Credit Lyonnais International Asset Management and Nicholas Applegate Capital Management. In 1999 he was appointed co-head of emerging markets at Colonial First State Investments, a position he retained until April 2000 when he resigned to co-found BDT Invest LLP where he was chief executive officer for 14 years and managed the Establishment Investment Trust and co-managed BDT Invest's Oriental Focus and Asian Focus Funds (now EPIC Oriental Focus Fund). He joined Blackfriars Asset Management in 2014. He holds a BSSc from Bristol University.
ANDY SEAMAN has been managing fixed income portfolios since the 1990s and has received numerous awards for his fund management expertise. Before joining the group, Andy was responsible for Investec’s global, European and dollar high income funds. Prior to this he managed European bond funds at Guinness Flight where he was awarded Wall Street Journal’s European Fixed Interest Manager of the Year. Andy has a BSc in Financial Economics.
JIM GEORGIOU is a Director of EPIC’s Administration division. Jim has been a specialist in the provision of legal and public notices since 2003, and joined EPIC in 2020. Jim is a chartered accountant.
DANIEL TOWNSEND is a Director of EPIC’s Administration division. Daniel started his career at Microchip Technology working as part of the EMEA finance team before joining Unison Consultants where he concluded his training and further developed as a Charted Accountant. In recent years, he has worked directly with clients across a variety of sectors and has developed an outsourced CFO function for SMEs. Daniel has provided many early-stage enterprises with essential one-to-one mentoring during critical stages in their development. Daniel has a Bachelor in Accounting & Finance from Dublin Business School and is a member of the institute of Charted of Accountants.
MUSTAFA DAVIES is Group Data Director at EPIC. He was previously co-founding Director of Stream Intelligence, a data analytics consultancy, serving clients in the UK and Southeast Asia. Mustafa grew a team of data scientists in Jakarta and was responsible for delivering strategic analytics projects to consumer facing clients. Projects included customer segmentation and analytics, CRM marketing, brand and loyalty strategy, merchandising analytics among many other data use cases. Prior to Stream Intelligence, Mustafa spent five years working at PwC Strategy working on commercial due diligence, corporate strategy and business transformation, working across a number of sectors but focusing mostly on financial services. Mustafa read Economics at the London School of Economics (LSE).
UZMA OROOJ is the Group Talent Director at EPIC. Prior to joining EPIC, Uzma worked at Boston Consulting Group as a Human Resources Director, focused on career and leadership development. Before this, Uzma held various senior positions at the London Stock Exchange Group, HSBC and UBS. In addition, Uzma has extensive recruitment expertise developed through interim positions at Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, Société Générale and ABN AMRO, where she was responsible for supporting hiring initiatives across teams and seniorities. Uzma holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Birbeck, University of London.
IMAGE PATEL is a Director of EPIC’s Administration division. He joined EPIC in 2007 and has worked on a broad range of finance, operational projects and client engagements. Before joining EPIC, he was a Manager at TI Automotive where he gained experience in process analysis and redesign. Image studied Mechanical Engineering at Nagpur University, India and has a Masters Degree in Operations Management.
JOE HURLEY has worked in the investment management industry since 2008 and has experience and knowledge of various types of global fund structures. He joined EEA Fund Management Limited in 2008, where he spent 5 years before joining Pensato Capital Management LLP in 2013 as a Senior Operations Analyst. In 2014, he returned to the group as Head of Operations, before becoming Group Chief Operating Officer.
PANKAJ K. JHA is a Director of EPIC’s Administration division and manages the Indian office. He has more than 12 years experience as both a corporate and private accountancy practitioner. Pankaj has extensive knowledge of both local and International Financial Reporting Standards and the Auditing Standard and is a Chartered Accountant. He received his qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
MAY REA is Director, Risk & Compliance at EPIC in Ireland. Prior to joining EPIC, May was Chief Risk Officer of European Depositary Bank, Head of Compliance at Havbell DAC and Seaconview DAC and interim Head of Compliance at Apex UK. Previously, May was Head of Compliance and Head of Risk at Ipes (Ireland) with responsibility for AML & CTF (2018-2019). May also had manager roles with Allied Irish and ACC Bank in Ireland and Jersey. May studied Business at the University of Limerick and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
LEASA CALLAWAY is Director, Operations for EPIC Guernsey. Leasa has over 30 years working in the finance industry concentrating mainly in Fund Administration, and is skilled in relationship management (CRM), open and closed ended funds consisting of listed and regulated funds to include private equity, fund of funds, Protected Cell Companies (PCC) and unit trusts. Leasa has company secretarial experience and has served on numerous corporate and regulated boards and holds the Certificate in Company Direction from the IoD.
KEITH WILLIAMSON joined EPIC in 2023 as Designated Person (DP) for Investment Management and DP for Distribution for EPIC’s third-party management company. Keith has worked within the asset management industry since 2011, holding a number of roles as a portfolio manager and investment analyst across all asset classes. Prior to joining EPIC, Keith was DP for Investment Management at Kroll where he was responsible for the oversight of delegated investment managers across a variety of asset classes. Before Kroll, he was a portfolio manager at Fineco Asset Management where he focused on managing sustainable and thematic equity portfolios as well as multi-asset portfolios. He holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing and Chartered ESG Investment Manager (CEIM) qualifications.
WILL BAKER joined EPIC in 2023 and is responsible for distributing the group’s funds and products with a focus on wealth managers and investment advisory firms. Will has many years’ experience of promoting a broad spectrum of investments both in the UK and internationally. Will has been awarded the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Dip PFS).
NICK LACEY joined EPIC in 2024 and is responsible for building relationships with IFAs and wealth managers to enable their clients to benefit from EPIC’s range of investment products. Nick has extensive experience of working with intermediaries, having previously worked at Quilter Cheviot and Brewin Dolphin. Nick has expertise in model portfolios, fund distribution, tax-efficient vehicles, and bespoke portfolio management. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
PARITA GHALAY has been managing fixed income and currency portfolios since 2009. Parita joined EPIC in 2006, starting her career in the Japanese Long Short Equity Strategy Fund Management team, during which she was granted CIMA Associate membership (ACMA), and became a member of the Investment Management Certificate (IMC). Parita joined the Fixed Income Fund Management team in 2009, gathering skills in operational management, risk and compliance, marketing, strategy, business development, ESG, and portfolio management. Prior to joining EPIC, Parita graduated with a BSc Honours in Mathematics and Business Management.
ANDREW COOPER is Vice President, Transfer Agency for EPIC Guernsey. Previously Andrew has held the position of Senior Operations Manager at IQ EQ, which included working with other operational managers throughout the Company on a variety of projects including introducing new payment systems and controlling the Companies banking relationships. Prior to this he was Senior Operations Manager at Estera International Fund Managers and Heritage Group Limited, and before that Butterfield Fund Managers. Andrew has had over 25 years’ experience in Banking, Funds and Private Equity both in the UK and Guernsey.
ROSS HUNTER is a Vice President, Capital & Advisory at EPIC. Prior to joining EPIC, Ross worked at Barclays Investment Bank as part of the Industrials sector M&A team and the Power, Utility and Infrastructure sector M&A team. Whilst at Barclays, Ross predominantly worked on M&A transactions and was also involved in debt financings and equity raises covering numerous industry verticals. At EPIC, Ross is a member of EPIC’s Consumer and Retail and Business Services coverage teams. He currently works on EPIC’s investment in Whittard of Chelsea and Denzel’s and assists with EPIC’s SPAC strategy (EPIC Acquisition Corp). Ross read Economics at the University of Bath.

CHARANJEET POPLI is Vice President, Group Finance at EPIC. Prior to joining EPIC, Charanjeet worked at HSBC, Credit Suisse and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Charanjeet has 19+ years of experience across Finance Transformation, FP&A, Financial Control, and Management Reporting. Charanjeet is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi in Accounting and Finance.
AOIFE KEOHANE is VP, Compliance, at EPIC in Ireland and is an experienced compliance practitioner with 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector. Aoife began her career with Ulster Bank where she was responsible for compliance monitoring and related regulatory reporting to the Central Bank and has also held manager roles in the retail branch network. More recently, she worked with Remitly where she was responsible for the oversight of the anti-money laundering framework for the global Remitly network. Aoife holds a degree in French and Economics and Professional Certificate in Compliance, is a Qualified Financial Advisor and has recently completed the Professional Diploma in Fintech Risk and Compliance.
ANNIE KNIGHTS is Vice President, Operations for EPIC Guernsey. Previously Annie has held the position of Head of Operations at Ocorian which included running a team of 14 and staffing for remediation projects. Prior to this she was Finance Manager at Estera International Fund Managers and Heritage Group Limited, and before that Northern Trust. Annie has had over 25 years’ experience in Banking, Funds and Private Equity.
GILES NORRIS is a Vice President, Capital & Advisory at EPIC. Prior to joining EPIC, Giles completed an internship with Quayle Munro in London. Giles currently works on the management of EPE Special Opportunities and EPIC’s investment in Rayware. Giles has previously worked on the acquisitions of Rayware, David Phillips and Atlantic Capital Management. He is a member of EPIC’s financial services and data teams. Giles read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Oxford.
PUSHPANSHU PRAKASH is the Fund Manager of EPIC’s UK domiciled range of multi asset funds, the EPIC Wealth Fund as well as EPIC’s range of model portfolio solutions. Pushpanshu joined EPIC in March 2019 from City Financial where he was a fund analyst for the Multi Asset team responsible for fund specific research and quantitative modelling. He joined City Financial in 2017 after graduating from University College London (UCL) with an MSci in Mathematics, where he completed his thesis in fluid dynamics with a focus on situational modelling and financial mathematics.
SAURAV TANDAN is a Vice President and Head of Client Reporting at EPIC’s Administration division. Saurav manages a diverse portfolio of companies and specialises in fund accounting and taxation. Before joining EPIC in 2014, Saurav worked in public accounting practices for over five years advising a range of businesses in the areas of accounting and taxation. Saurav read Computer Science at the University of Hertfordshire and also obtained a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
KUNAL GROVER is a Vice President, Administration at EPIC. Before joining EPIC, Kunal worked at Zeidler Group for 6 years as Head of Business Development. Prior to this Kunal was a manager at JLL. Kunal graduated from Dehli University with a BSc in Commerce, and holds an MBA from Cass Business School.
RICHARD SPIEGELBERG is a member of the EPIC Advisory Board. Richard is a Director of Cardew Group and Public Relations Adviser to EPIC. He previously spent 11 years at Merrill Lynch as Director, Marketing & Communications for Europe, Middle East, and Africa and Director of Corporate Communications for the International Private Banking Group. He previously held senior posts at J Walter Thompson, Coopers & Lybrand and Streets Financial Strategy, where he was Joint Managing Director. Richard began his career as a journalist on The Times where he was Business News Features Editor and Management Editor. He is a director of the City of London Sinfonia and a graduate of New College, Oxford University.
SIR JOHN REDWOOD MP is a member of the EPIC Advisory Board. John has been chairman of both Norcros plc, an industrial conglomerate and Concentric plc, a niche global engineering business. He has also been an executive director of NM Rothschild and Sons. John is currently the Chairman of the Investment Committee at Evercore Pan Asset and an adviser to Haldex Hydraulics Division, the current owners of Concentric. John is currently a Member of Parliament for Wokingham. He has held fellowships at All Souls College, Oxford and is an Associate Professor of Middlesex University Business School.
STUART MCKEE is a member of the EPIC Advisory Board. Stuart was the Global and UK Head of Corporate Finance within PwC for the last 10 years and has over 35 years’ Corporate Finance experience, having previously worked in industry with Coats Viyella, the multi-national textile business. He is an Mergers & Acquisitions specialist, with a Retail and Consumer sector focus and extensive experience across acquisitions, disposals, fund raising and private equity deals. His clients come from across the public and private company segments as well as numerous private equity funds.
