EPIC Investment Partners (Ireland) Limited (trading as EPIC Investment Partners) is a UCITS and AIF Management Company, authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI). Our full-service, bespoke approach allows asset managers to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape so that they can focus on managing their clients’ investments and pursuing asset growth. 

Our Services

Fund Establishment Services:  we project manage the entire process of establishing a fund in Ireland, working in conjunction with legal counsel. We can help establish a broad range of fund types including private equity, hedge funds, single class, multi-class and master feeder structures. If required, we can also assist with engaging legal services providers, depositaries, and non-executive directors for the fund. 

Distribution: we advise our  clients on the most appropriate fund structures to maximise asset growth potential. Working with our General Partners Advisory team offers our clients access to a vast international network of potential investors.

Risk Management: we identify, assess and mitigate operational risks to ensure the smooth running of our clients’ portfolios. This includes adherence to regulatory and investment objectives as well as counterparty, eligibility and liquidity management.

Operational Oversight: we provide and monitor all aspects of administration to allow our clients to offer stable and high-quality service to their investors. This includes fund accounting and transfer agency.  Within the wider EPIC group, there is investment management, and distribution capabilities.

Regulatory and Compliance: we navigate the complex regulatory landscape on behalf of our clients, ensuring their investment products and services are compliant with all relevant regulations.

Fund Governance Services: we offer company secretarial services to funds including board process, managing central bank reporting, filing annual returns and beneficial ownership register services.

Platform Solution: we have an existing ICAV structure which is available to host our clients’ portfolios as sub-funds, giving asset managers the ability to go to market quickly with new products whilst retaining their own brands. Speed to market can be further enhanced by working with our General Partners Advisory team to design and deploy effective distribution strategies.
